The MPM-2 (Mechanical Project Manager-Level 2) program provides an increased level of knowledge, in both breadth and depth, on essential core competencies of project management. This program provides a mixture of lecture and effective, hands-on activities to reinforce concepts learned. Instructors are content experts and professionals in the field of mechanical contracting. This program takes project fundamentals to the next level by connecting people, process, and project strategy to drive profits, develop team members and sustain critical relationships.
The MPM-2 program is designed for project managers with approximately 3-7 years of experience in mechanical project management, who need to broaden their skills and acquire critical knowledge that is difficult to obtain on the job. Participants are not required to have taken MPM-1, though the MPM-1 program provides an excellent intro to the material covered in MPM-2.
